Launch of Cambodia’s E-Arrival Card Moved Up to September 2024.

The implementation of the Cambodia e-Arrival system will now be effective from September 1, 2024 (previously, 1st of January, 2025). This new system is designed to simplify and streamline the entry process for travelers from all nationalities and locations. By pre-filling your information online, including the immigration declaration form, customs declaration form, and health declaration form, you can now enjoy a hassle-free entry experience at Cambodia's international airports.

For all foreign tourists and business travelers, completing the mandatory e-Arrival form before your arrival at Phnom Penh, Siem Reap, or Sihanoukville International Airport is now a mandatory requirement.

The form is easily accessible via the Cambodia e-Arrival App, available on the App Store, Google Play Store, and AppGallery. By doing this in advance, you can bypass the queues at immigration and start enjoying your time in Cambodia right away. Please find the relevant links below:

Please be informed that the e-arrival card is only applicable if you’re arriving at an international airport. For all land crossings/borders, the traditional paper forms are still implemented. For passengers who forget to fill out the e-arrival form, tablets are present at the arrival terminals for passengers to fill these in. We do still recommend passengers fill these out before arrival to ensure a seamless entry experience!

All US Visitors do require a Visa for Vietnam, and an E-Visa valid for up to 90 Days can be applied for on-line. However, some Clients find this quite complicated and small mistakes with eVisa application (including wrong name format, date of birth and wrong photo format), have resulted in Visa rejection and loss of payment.

We essentially just need:
- Passport scan copy
- Passport portrait (.jpg) (4*6 size, colored photo, white background, straight looking without glasses).

It takes about 2 Weeks (usually less), but is not available for urgent visa.
