Best time to visit Thailand’s beaches & islands
For Southern Thailand Beach destinations, based on the "weather pattern" we would categorize this into 2 Destinations – as this probably the most important factors in choosing the beach destination for the Clients:
Andaman Sea Side
This is where Phuket, Krabi (Phi Phi Island) & Phang Nga are located.
The best time of the year to visit this is from November-May - you would started to get some tropical down pours in the late afternoon in April, and even more as this getting more into the "raining season" staring in May.
Gulf of Thailand Side
This is where Koh Samui is located.
The best time of the year to visit this is from June-September. During December-February, the weather here are similar to Phuket but there would be more possibility of "light shower" on Koh Samui side. In April, the weather would be similar on both sides.
Please Note - Although with the Global Changes in weather patterns, it is becoming increasingly difficult to predict how it will be, we do have control over most aspects of your Clients trips – however the weather is just out of our range!!
