Laos Temporary tourist visa changes

From 1 July to 31 December eVisas will be valid for 60 days.
Multiple entry 60-day visas will only be available from the Lao embassy before you depart for Laos.

You can apply online for an e-Visa - you must submit your application at least 3 days in advance of your entry to Laos.

Direct International flights from/to Chiangmai

• Japan. Osaka(KIX) - Thai Vietjet Air (VZ)
• Malaysia. Kuala Lumpur (KUL) - Malaysia Airlines (MH) & AirAsia (AK)
• Laos. Luang Prabang (LPQ) - Lao Airlines (QV)
• Vietnam. There are 3 airports in Vietnam that have non-stop flights to Chiang Mai / Da Nang (DAD) & Hanoi(HAN), - Thai AirAsia (FD) & Ho Chi Minh City (SGN) - VietJet Air (VJ)
• China. There are several airports in China with Direct flights to Chiang Mai, although many of these are Seasonal - Beijing Capital (PEK) / Beijing Daxing (PKX) / Shanghai (PVG) / Changsha (CSX) / Chengdu (CTU) / Guangzhou (CAN) / Hangzhou (HGH) / Jinghong (JHG) / Kunming (KMG)
